I’m all about pain relief—targeting the areas that actually need attention in a relaxed, safe, and calming space.
A client once told me, "reGround is like an oasis—calm, relaxing, and exactly what I needed," which felt like the perfect validation of the energy I want to share.
Each treatment is crafted to meet your needs, easing tension, pain, and discomfort. And honestly? That in itself is relaxing—especially when we find the right depth of pressure that feels good and safe for you.
My goal is to work with you to improve your daily living—because there’s no "I" in TEAM.
If you're seeing another healthcare professional, I’ll ask about the treatment you’ve received so I can tailor your session accordingly. They’re also welcome to reach out if they have any questions or need more info. It’s totally up to you if you want to share, but it’s a great way to make sure we’re all on the same page for your health and well-being.
I’ve put together a general list of body areas I massage and the common issues that come up. If you're unsure which area to focus on, here’s a quick guide to help you decide how to get the most out of a one-hour massage or targeted treatment session.
We can also come up with a treatment plan so you can get more areas treated over time with proper focus—making sure each session builds on the last for better, longer-lasting relief.
Please reach out if there’s something specific you’d like to focus on—especially if you:
- Have an autoimmune disorder
- Had a recent surgery
- Recent injury or treatment
The client intake form is super helpful in giving me a better idea of how to tailor your treatment to what you need.
